If you’re anxious, stressed or worried, meditating can help.

Like Hannah Montana - the best of both worlds. Meditating is not something that only "new age" people do. Almost every successful person says they meditate regularly. (Look it up. I was surprised when I did).
What meditation is and how to do it
Meditation means: to engage in contemplation or reflection. Yup, meditation is for everyone, 'cause everyone can contemplate. You don’t need any special equipment, and there is no wrong way to meditate.
Think about this walk as an (anti) anxiety meditation. It's amazing what moving your body does for your mind. You can do this as a morning meditation to start your day, or after work to relax before bed (turn off Netflix).
There are different meditation types and no matter which one you pick, meditation sessions help you focus and bring a sense of calm. The more you practice, the easier it becomes to:

- Increase self-awareness
- Control anxiety
