What began as a walking for weight loss podcast evolved into something that helps us keep moving while becoming better versions of ourselves.
I started Walking and Talking with Helen in late 2020 when many gyms were closed. People were depressed and unmotivated, looking for ways to keep moving and exercising.
I had the light bulb moment to mix my love of teaching with my passion for self-improvement.
